Automation & AI training
Take the repetitive work off your team's plate.
The Monday report, document filing, routine email, and meeting notes, done automatically and connected to the tools you already use. A person still approves anything that leaves the company. We can also make your own files searchable with cited answers, and train your team to use AI on their real work.
What we automate
A task written down once, then done the same way every time.
We call each one a skill: it knows where the inputs live, what good output looks like for your business, and who approves it. Common first skills:
- Weekly operations or sales report
- File and rename incoming documents
- Pull data from invoices and POs
- Draft replies to routine emails
- Meeting notes to action items
- First drafts of quotes and proposals
- Summarize contracts and long documents
- Answer staff questions from your SOPs and files
Company knowledge AI
AI that knows your business, because it reads your files.
Public AI tools don't know your SOPs, contracts, job history, or pricing. We index your company's documents and data so AI can answer from them, with links back to the source. The technical name is retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). In practice, your team asks a question and gets your company's answer, not a generic one.
1. Connect your sources
SharePoint, Google Drive, shared folders, email archives, your CRM, job records, and PDFs, including scanned ones.
2. Index with permissions
Content is split, searchable, and kept in your own cloud account. People only get answers from files they're already allowed to open.
3. Ask and cite
Answers quote the document, page, and date they came from, so anyone can check the work. If the files don't say, the AI says so instead of guessing.
4. Keep it current
New and changed files are re-indexed automatically, and old versions drop out, so answers match today's procedures.
What's our lockout/tagout procedure for the pump skid at the Lake Charles yard?
Asked by a field supervisorUse SOP-114 rev. F (current as of Aug 2026). Isolate the motor at MCC-3, bleed line pressure at valve V-22 before applying locks, and verify zero energy with a test start. The yard adds a second-person verification for this skid, per the 2025 incident review.
Not found
No document covers the new skid arriving in November. That gap is flagged for the safety manager.

- Reads only the folders and accounts it's given

AI workforce training
Upskill your team to use AI well, on their own work.
Live training, in person at your office or jobsite trailer, or virtual over Teams or Zoom. Built around your team's real tasks, not generic demos.
AI Essentials for everyone
What AI is good and bad at, how to ask clearly, how to check its work, and what never goes into a public AI tool. For office, field, and leadership alike.
Hands-on with your work
Each person brings a task they repeat. We turn it into a reusable prompt or skill together, so everyone leaves with something that saves time on Monday.
Builders and leaders
Deeper sessions for the people who'll build skills and automations, and for managers who'll set the rules: picking use cases, measuring results, and your AI use policy.
In person
At your office or site
Half-day or full-day workshops at your location. Best for teams that learn by doing it together.
Virtual
Live online
90-minute live sessions over Teams or Zoom. Good for spread-out crews and multiple offices, and easy to run as a series.
Ongoing
Office hours
Monthly drop-in sessions after training, so people get help as they put AI to work.
Every training includes take-home guides and a one-page AI use policy written for your company.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What is a company knowledge AI (RAG)?
An AI assistant that answers questions from your own documents and data, and shows the source for every answer, so your team can check it.
Will our data be used to train public AI models?
No. We set up business-grade AI services configured not to train on your data, and access follows your existing permissions.
Do you offer AI training for our team?
Yes. Virtual sessions start from $750 and in-person training from $1,500, tailored to the tools your team already uses.
What does your team do every week that a skill could do?
Bring one repetitive task to a free 30-minute intro call. You'll leave knowing whether AI can take it on, what it would connect to, and roughly what it would cost.
